Peter's "Leeky" Potatoes - Mshol

2 lb Potatoes, sliced

1 lb Cottage cheese

2 Leeks, cut into 1/2" pieces

Top with single layer of sliced potatoes. Sprinkle Paprika for garnish and bake at 375?
